Hello!

I really appreciate the fave.
It means the world to me, coming from
an artist as talented as yourself, and I
bow in gratitude for the act of kindness.

I'll be completely honest. I feel that my
poetry stinks, and that I'm not a real
poet, but the purpose of my writings are
not standard art. It's a spiritual art
that started when I achieved a
connection with the Universe and with
the world around me.

A good 90% of the writings that are
posted in my gallery are those which are
wrote during meditation. They lack the
proper grammatical structure common in
most good works of poetry, they often
have invented words, they have no
capitalization and even others have no
form of punctuation, but this is because
I type the poems on here exactly as they
are wrote on the meditation paper during
my evening practice.

I'd love to learn a little more about
you, if you have the time. What inspires
you? Where do you get this inspiration
from? There are a million questions that
I'd love to ask...

Again, thank you for the kind fave. It
means the world to me.

I can't draw anymore.

No, seriously, I can't draw anymore. I used to draw all the time, on every piece of paper I'd ever touched since I was three years old. Animals mostly, both real and fantasy; architecture; characters from my role-playing games, especially Romans. But I had what might be mildly termed a "psychiatric episode" in late 2001. I lost 18 points of IQ when my brain went nova, all of my foreign languages, most of my social skills...and the ability to see things in my head, which was key to my being able to draw. So...hardly any new paper art since '01.

But I *do* make 3D graphics. And I still have a huge stack of paper art (the good stuff starts at about age nine) that I want to publish and share. And a used flatbed scanner, with driver/software CD on the way. And friends, both online and off-, who've been asking to see my stuff. I've decided to archive it here.

I have my life back now. A little dog, a kitten, income, volunteer work, a car, an apartment. And, who knows...maybe if I hang around here as a member for as long as I have as a visitor, I'll even start to "see things" again.
